Steven P. Duclos, 32, a lifelong resident of Somers passed away unexpectedly, on Friday, August 4, 2017. Born on June 20, 1985, he was the loving son to Phillip and Susan (Haun) Duclos. Steven was employed by RPS Associates of Enfield and a longtime parishioner of All Saints Church in Somers. He enjoyed cooking and many outdoor activities, snowboarding, camping, hiking, fishing and Kayaking. He also was very active with the Boy Scouts Troop #387 of Somers. Steven had a musical side to him, playing in a band, called Too Much of Nothing, with lifelong friends. He also had a passion for animals, especially his dog Mika. Besides his parents, Steven is survived by his brother, Joseph Duclos of Vernon, his sister Kristen Duclos and her husband Jason Trudeau of East Windsor; his niece Isabella Trudeau, also of East Windsor, his grandmother, Helen Haun of Enfield, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends during visitation hours on Thursday, August 10, 2017, from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Somers Funeral Home, 354 Main Street, Somers, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 11, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. at All Saints Church, 25 School Street, Somers, CT. A funeral procession will gather at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, at Somers Funeral Home. Burial will be in Somers Center Cemetery, on Battle Street, Somers, CT.
