Joel joined the Leete-Stevens staff in May of 1994 after his graduation from the New England institution at Mount Ida in Boston. A certified crematory technician and is licensed in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is a proud member of the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA), Connecticut Funeral Directors Association (CFDA) and Cremation Association of North America (CANA). Joel is a lifelong resident of the community and is a communicant of Holy Family Church. Joel has five beautiful children, Kayla and JC, and Isabella, Eloise, and Jack. Joel is married to Emily (Ahern) Randolph and together their three children are Isabella, Eloise, and Jack.
