Karen joined the Leete-Stevens staff as a newly licensed Funeral Director in February of 2018 and is a graduate of American Academy McAllister Institute. She is a member of the CT Funeral Directors Association and National Funeral Directors Association. Karen is a lifetime resident of CT and a received her bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University. She joined the funeral service profession as a second career after many years in the insurance industry. Karen is an avid runner and cyclist, and volunteers for a number of organizations in the Hartford area supporting those activities. She and her husband Joseph live in Simsbury.
