Condolence: Shirley was my aunt, and she was such a special person to our family. Her spirit was a huge presence in my childhood and she was full of life in a way that very few people are. She always knew how to get a smile out of me, and she had a wonderful sense of humor. She was especially a favorite of my disabled sister, Mara. I always enjoyed the summer visits I had with her and my uncle Hugh, and I am sad that there won't be anymore with her there. But I know she is at peace now.
